I walked in and there were plenty of people working, with lots of work stations. I did call in and book an appointment for an acrylic overlay and a deluxe pedicure, but it wasn't necessary. The woman that did my nails was extremely efficient and did an amazing job. I came in with a picture of the design I wanted, and she nailed it!
